Six 12,000 BTU power burners put this stainless steel  model in a class by itself.  The six burners are all capable of low simmer settings and carry a lifetime warranty.  Complimenting the black porcelain finished burners are linear valves which provide an extensive selection of infinite settings between high and simmer, giving you the ultimate in flame control.  Continuous heavy duty cast iron grates interlock to form a flat surface over the entire cooking area allowing you to slide heavy pots and pans from one burner to the other without lifting.

The styling is further enhanced with large commercial control knobs and bar type stainless steel handles. The 36" units do not offer sealed burners, but the 30" and 24"stainless do.

Combining the high grade stainless steel with durable hardware and exclusive lifetime guaranteed power burners gives you a distinctive professional style range that is built to last.

Included with the P36G is a large, heavy-duty cast aluminum griddle; it fits securely over two burners, offers a non-stick easy to clean surface, and fits in the storage compartment on the left side  of the oven.

36" specifications:  overall, 36"W x 46"H (to the top of the backguard) x 26"D. It's 36" from the  floor to the top of the range.  The oven is 25"W x 15"H x 18"D. Three-eighths to a half inch of clearance is recommended on the sides for installation.  Shipping weight:   210 lbs.

The electronics operate on 120VAC, 60hz power; the clock is an efficient LED that only uses 1/10th of a watt; the electronic ignition only uses  2 watts for a couple of seconds.

NOTE ABOUT RECEIVING TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS:  Do not sign for anything until you have inspected your unit. You have spent good money on this, and it was shipped in good condition.  If you don't inspect it, and open the unit at home and find 'hidden damage', there is no recourse for a truck freight claim. All claims for damage MUST be made at the time of receipt of the unit!  Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing off--it's a relatively easy process to get a new unit or replacement parts if you do so.  But not if you don't inspect it!  Also, don't refuse an obviously damaged unit.  You will still be charged for it, as we will also be by our suppliers.  Freight damage is very rare (FORTUNATELY!), but proper documentation and reporting of any damage will expedite the claims process.
